Tracking information will only become live when the carrier (FedEx, DHL, USPS or UPS) pick up and scans the item. If the tracking information isn’t available, that means the package has yet to be picked up from the carrier. We have a daily pickup at 5pm est with all carriers. If your package received a tracking number and didn’t start moving, please contact us.
